We know how important your computer data is and we have taken many steps to earn your trust and to ensure the integrity of your data. Additional layers of security have been built into our Network Operations Center (NOC) and we have our Access Control Procedures (ACP) in place, to limit physical access to our NOC.

Our monitoring equipment and systems alert us anytime, 24/7, if any one of a series of events occurs.

All servers are located behind our hardware-based firewall system and connected to our high speed, data lines and supported by a battery backup (UPS) array that conditions power into our Network Operations Center, which is backed up by a auto start natural gas generator in case of commercial power outage.

We are able to limit physical access to the NOC by utilizing a steel, locked door with electronic access control, and steel bars where necessary. In addition to controlling physical access, we control electronic access to your data, using hardware-based firewalls.
